The village is  in a equal distant from Veliko Tarnovo and Pavlikeni, about 15 minutes to each of the cities. This is a pretty good location in terms of the amenities that both cities offer. The roof of the house is in excellent condition and  the original structure and beams have been preserved. The windows are the original double wooden ones, in very good condition. There are three additional buildings to the main house on the property, one of which is a large barn and is connected by the roof to the main house, which allows it to be converted into a residential building. The second building is a summer kitchen, in which the old oven is preserved and well maintained. The building has water and electricity and is an ideal place for a room for privacy and relaxation. The third structure is a small shed with two rooms for tools or for storing wood

  The yard of 1500 square meters - One part of it is surrounded by a stone fence, the rest is a well-placed wire fence with concrete posts . The garden is uniquely arranged and organized in different sectors, each showing different country natural  features . The property is accessible year-round by an asphalt road.
