The village is located at the foot of Stara Planina, 20 minutes from the town of Veliko Tarnovo. Its infrastructure is very good. It has a shop and a small bar. There is good internet. A rock festival is organized every year, which is quite popular in Bulgaria.

The house or, more precisely, the old Hlebarnitsa, which we offer to your attention for sale, is a unique property in itself. Located in the center of the village, the property has about 1,200 m2 of yard. The yard is completely well maintained, there is a huge gazebo with a barbecue in the same industrial style. There is parking space for at least three cars.

Access is year-round on an asphalt road
