The property offered by us is located 40 minutes from the city of Veliko Tarnovo in the southwest direction in the picturesque village of Yantra. The village has a very good infrastructure - asphalted streets, some of which are newly asphalted, perfect fast internet, a small shop with a bar. The village is 40 kilometers from the old capital of Bulgaria, Veliko Tarnovo, and 10 minutes from the nearest town of Dryanovo, and not far from the beautifully organized and well-developed town of Sevlievo (20 minutes). The village is quiet and peaceful, located entirely on a southern slope, has a river, all this, as well as its proximity to two cities, one of which is a large regional and tourist center in Bulgaria, makes the village of Yantra quite an attractive place for permanent living and recreation.
