The property offered by us is located in the village of Strahilovo, only 10 minutes from the town of Polski Trumbesh. The city has everything you need for a normal life - there are shops, banks, a train station, a bus station, a weekly market with fresh goods of all kinds, a health facility. Strahilovo as a village is large by Bulgarian standards. Very well arranged with several shops, health center, internet. A large part of the streets of the village are asphalted, and the access to this particular property is almost entirely on asphalt pavement. Veliko Tarnovo is located 45 km from there. The international road to Romania and central Europe is only 5 minutes from the center of the village. Bucharest airport is 2 hours away, and Sofia airport is 3 hours away.
The house has interesting architecture and is about 100 years old. The condition is not good, but it is an exceptional challenge for people who love adventure and it really has all the prerequisites to recover.
Structurally, the roof looks good except for one small part that is quite damaged and needs to be replaced, but it is also a good idea to replace the entire roof, and the price of the property allows for this. The house has two floors.
On the first floor, the entrance of which is at the level of the yard, there is a spacious room - type living room, from which you enter another large room and the basement with a closet. The ceilings are high, the beams are in very good condition and are the oak original ones .
The second floor is reached by external stairs, which are to be removed and if the house is restored, completely new stairs should be made. On this floor there is a very small veranda - in bad condition. From it you enter in a wide entrance, in which there is an old furnace, which has a very interesting structure suspended from the ceiling - perhaps it is possible to restore it and it will be a truly unique facility. From this entrance hall you enter a large and a smaller bedroom with an additional utility room.
There is an additional two-story building attached to the main house, which on the first floor is a workshop for the production of wire mesh for fencing plots and properties.
On the second floor, which is connected to the second floor of the main house by means of a wooden walkway, there is a warehouse for storing hay and provisions for the winter. Unfortunately, half of this outbuilding has been demolished, but the other half is still in a fairly good structural condition and allows for preservation and restoration.
The yard itself is about 1,000 m2. There is a very slight unevenness and a pleasant view opens up from it. The fence is completely missing, and there is also a half-demolished small building.
Access is via a normal country road.
