The property offered by us is located in the village of Pavel, which is only 10 minutes away from the nearest town of Polski Trumbesh, where there is everything you need for a normal life - there are shops, banks, a train station, a bus station, a weekly market with fresh goods of all kinds, health facility. The village of Pavel has two shops, one functions as a local bar, pensioner's club. The streets in almost the entire village have good asphalt roads and easy access. There is good internet. The location of the village is quite good - Veliko Tarnovo is located 45 km from there. The international road to Romania and central Europe is only 5 minutes from the center of the village. Bucharest airport is 2 hours away, and Sofia airport is 3 hours away

 

  The house is  200 м2 , built entirely of brick and concrete, and the idea was to be used by two families. On the first floor there is a built-in garage, a corridor, a boiler room and an exit to an external veranda.
