The village is located at the foot of Stara planina, 15 minutes from the town of Veliko Tarnovo. Its infrastructure is very good. It has a shop and a bar. There is good internet.

  The house is an old, typical 18th century building on two floors with an area of 130 m2. It is built of stone, wood and mud bricks. The first floor is completely made of stone and has one large spacious room with water and electricity and can be separated as a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a separate toilet.

From the main street, the yard is surrounded by a stone wall. the rest is unfenced. There is also a shed in the yard, with a new roof, ideal for a barbecue or summer kitchen.
