The village is located just a few minutes from the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa and 15 minutes from Veliko Tarnovo. Polikraishte is a large village by Bulgarian standards, resembling a small town. It has several shops, gas station, restaurants, school, kindergarten. It is located on the international road E 85 in the direction of Romania and Western Europe. Its infrastructure is excellent, it has good fast internet.

  The house is on one floor and 2/3 of it has been renovated. There is a room intended for a kitchen with a dining room, a wide corridor, another smaller corridor, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a basement. The building can be entered from two entrances - one from the bedrooms with the smaller corridor, and the other from the kitchen with the dining room. The roof is after a slight repair. The bathroom and toilet are completely tiled with a sink, toilet and shower. The rooms are on laminate with replaced windows. There is no kitchen and furniture.

The yard is small, about 300 m2. , relatively well fenced. There is a brick building with a dilapidated shed on it, and a smaller shed for firewood is attached to the house separately. The house is on the sewer. It is a good option for a young family or for long-term subletting.

Access to the property is by an asphalt road, all year round.
