The property is located in the village of Vishovgrad, which is 10 km from the city of Pavlikeni - the city has been developing quite rapidly in terms of economy and infrastructure over the last 5-6 years. There is a mini shopping center with a large grocery store. The city center is well maintained and has green areas and several types of restaurants. Not far away, about 30 minutes by car, is the old capital city of Veliko Tarnovo. Its relief is very characteristic of the village. It is located at the end of a mountainous region and the beginning of a plain. Thus, the village has hills and high parts, as well as flat yards with nice panoramic views of the mountains and the fields.

 

  The house is on one floor, bungalow type. Its foundations are made of stone. The walls are brick. A large part of the main building is built on a basement with stone foundations of a usable height. The house has three rooms, a corridor and two outbuildings, one of which is newly built and is attached to the back wall of the building and is a large room with two smaller ones. There is water, electricity and sewerage connected for the construction of a toilet with a bathroom and a kitchen. The floors are thus divided into the main house, a living room with a dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. The other annex is attached to the eastern wall of the house and consists of two rooms with an old fireplace and an entrance to the basement. The yard is about 1,800 m2. It consists of a front part in front of the house facing an asphalt street and a larger part behind the building and the barn, which also faces the street.

In the yard there is a huge L-shaped barn part of which has two floors, the second floor has an exit with a door to the back of the yard. The entire barn is of stone construction, the roof is in very good condition. the very shape and size of the barn makes it possible to convert it into several living quarters.

From the asphalt street there is an entrance for cars in the front part of the yard next to the barn.
