The village is located on the main international road towards Western Europe. In the village there are several shops, a bar and a restaurant, as well as roadside restaurants. The internet is fast and of good quality. The nearest town is Polski Trumbesh and it is 10 minutes away by car.

The property that we offer to your attention is located at the far end of the village from the main road in a quiet and private area with a nice view of the fields and distant hills.

The house is an old traditional Bulgarian house, which is built of stone, bricks and wooden construction. The roof is in very good condition, it needs inspection and installation of thermal and hydro insulation, as well as new gutters.
