The village is located inside of Stara Planina, 25 minutes from the town of Veliko Tarnovo. A typical Balkan village with a good infrastructure for its terrain with an asphalt road and access to most properties. The village becomes a permanent residence, as well as many people use it as a place for recreation and rest. Nearby is the village of Voneshta Voda, which has two shops and a mineral spring and a rest station with medicinal water. Its infrastructure is very good. There is good internet.

The property is 50 meters away from the asphalt road, accessible by a rural grassy path that can be covered with gravel.
