We offer you a property in the village of Patresh, which is located 5 km from the town of Pavlikeni and about 45 minutes from the town of Veliko Tarnovo. The village has good infrastructure, well maintained streets. There is a shop, town hall and internet. Its proximity to Pavlikeni makes it a convenient place to live in, view of the fact that the town has a train station, a bus station, large grocery stores, building material stores, banks and a hospital. The transport to the town is three times a day, but the fact that the village is only 5 minutes from the city makes the use of taxi quite reasonable.
